My niece is the master of Spike, one of Sable's brothers. He stands about 4 inches taller and is much leaner than Sable. My niece doesn't feed him snacks of any kind or table scraps and it shows. But he is just as loving as Sable. They are both amazingly affectionate dogs.

Big Crowd Today At Millie Bush

There were a wide variety of dogs at the bark park today. It's the first time I've taken mine in several months since Sable has had the ear infection for quite a while. They are suffering tonight for being weekend warriors:stiff, sore, and limping. I hate to see them in pain but it's my fault for not keeping them more active.

This was a friendly pooch above and so was the one below but looked menacing running towards me.

Lucy's Like Her Master

She likes to stand back and watch from afar. She's not a good mixer at all. My girls are by themselves so much of the time and I give them a chance to mingle with others and Lucy at least, is just happy to be in the water.

It's Getting Warm

Sadly with the onset of warm weather I can't take my girls with me running errands. Even with the windows down all it takes is ten minutes or so and they have slobbered all over the truck. They hate the heat and humidity more than I do.
