With yesterday being the longest day of the year, first day of summer,(really? what has the last 3 weeks of hot ,dry weather been?) we went to Millie Bush Bark Park. We got there just after 7:00 am when they open and there were several already there to beat the summer heat. If the park had been open we could have gone at 5:30 am it was already light out.

Lucy and Sable had a good time as always swapping the ball back and forth before they come back to shore.

Although, Sable is usually the victorious one.

They enjoy the water so much and at least it is cleaner than the muddy water they got in Saturday night chasing ducks.

Don't they look refreshed? Wish you could have been here to share in the fun. Well, Sable and I do but Lucy is another story.
