My girls had to be content with running and sniffing the dew soaked grass at Pawm Springs Dog Park earlier this week. I got up extra early to get to the park at or before sunrise to beat the heat and give the girls a chance to swim. But so much for my efforts.
When we arrived this is what we found. In a park that has been open for less than a year they had the pond/lake closed for maintenance. What do they say about the best laid plans? It does look as if the grass is finally growing. Of course, we are sometimes the only ones there when we go so no wonder.
This outing was a bust.
