Thieves

 I don't understand when pet owners encourage their dog to get another dog's ball.  I sure don't blame the dog.  I understand if the ball is not in play.  I've done it myself.  But when someone knows that they came to the park with no balls and they witness someone, aka me, throw a ball, yet walk off with said ball to another part of the park, it annoys me.

I guess I shouldn't complain over a 25 cent tennis ball but...
