We Are Now In Sing Sing

I'm sure that's how they look at it.  They don't like barriers of any kind.  I feel they are necessary.  But these cheap tension gates are somewhat of a hazard for my elderly Father.  I've attempted to get estimates for wrought iron custom gates for the hall and between the sunroom and living area but there seems to be little interest in such a small job.  Small?  I figured I would have to pay $300 per gate but...?
