I've been asked a few times what's happened to Joe. Well, despite what some of you have said, I don't take pictures of my pooches everyday. I am natural partial to my girls but Joe can be an affectionate boy much more so than my Lucy. He still remains much of a terror though.
Let's consider this past Saturday. I had to go to the office for awhile and my brother, his son-in-law and grandson came over to get my father. My father had let all three dogs out of the kitchen and into the living room. When my brother opened my front door all three dogs bolted. I have a gate before the front entry and that is why. It acts as a barrier between the house and street. But my brother never closes it behind him when he visits. So Saturday he paid for it. Neighbors were out and about and help wrangle Lucy and Sable and got them back in the house. But my brother spent two hours driving around the neighborhood looking for or chasing Joe. LOL! As I have said before, Joe is a runner. He apparently covered a lot of territory because he laid low all weekend. I'm glad he didn't get hit by a car or lost for good. Not sure if he was trying to make his way back to Arkansas or what? At any rate, Joe is alive and well.
