Did You See This?

Over the weekend in California a Chihuahua had to be rescued off the freeway. Someone apparently dumped the dog or it got away?  At first report, it was apparently in the road but when police arrived it was on top of a median wall?  So sad but hope that it gets a good home after this tale of survival.
