Monday Memories

I remember the fun times at Millie Bush Bark Park with my sweet girl Lucy.  I was surprised at how much she loved the water.

Sunday Drive

My babies always love to go.
Go for a ride that is.
Joe and Sable share the front seat without issues.
They enjoy the simple things of a spoiled dog's life.

Monday Memories

Lucy and Sable always shared the front and kept an eye on the road for me. They got along great.

Sable Bear

My Sable is surviving the heat so far and keeping trips to the yard to a minimum.  As you can see, she still has the skin/coat issue with no hair except on her head, legs and belly.  I'm starting to think that the thyroid meds are just a placebo.  I need to seek a second opinion for my girl.  But she seems so happy and has a great appetite as always.

The Dog Days Of Summer?

It sure seems that way.  My babies don't venture out in this extreme heat that we have been enduring for over a month now.  Joe prefers to stay in the chair my late Father occupied most of the time while Sable is off somewhere stretched out on a cool tile floor.

Monday Memories

My sweet Lucy loved to ride.  I know.  All canines do, probably.  I think of her every time I see a smiling pooch.  It's been almost 2 years since she left me.

I Got Troubles

Despite being a bit neglectful of the ole blog as of late I can not upload images for a post since the new Windows 10 upgrade. I am not a patient man so I haven't spent much time investigating or trying to solve the problem. The pooches and I are tolerating the extreme heat and no rain in the entire month of July after floods in early June. Typical Houston weather. Hope to post some pics soon. Rick, Sable, & Joe
