Oh Hell No

Although, I'm cooking on the grill(chance of free food) with temps in the upper 90's.
There's no way my baby is coming outside. Peek and sniff maybe.

Wet Grass

Thank you hurricane Dolly for the bands of rain this past week. The girls love laying in the wet grass. They stayed out front for a couple of hours hoping to see someone but no one passed by much to their dismay. Not even a car. Everyone must have been on vacation this week.

I Know Two Girls That Love A Drive-Thru

Sure they act all coy and uninterested as though they're miffed that I'm not cooking yet another night.

But when I pull up to the window and they get a whiff their attitude changes immediately.

Heads Hung Low And Tongues Wagged

There was a big crowd at Millie Bush Bark Park yesterday despite the heat. I'm really surprised at how many people go in the heat of day. I try not to go on the weekend unless very early on Sundays. The girls and I prefer the cooler time of day and year for that matter.
The girls enjoy the water but not the sun so much. It helps when it is overcast.

So heads were hung low along with their tongues on such a hot day.

As always they seem to say. "Put that damn camera down and get the air cranked up." Ahhh but soon they'll be giving me kisses once they cool off

What's Up With That?

Lucy, as of late, has opted for the copilot position in front of the AC vent as we ride around. How clever. Now poor Sable has to hang her head out the window and foam at the mouth from the heat.

I Am A Good Master

Just because I let my dogs run wild in the streets doesn't mean I'm not a good caretaker. I only allow this in the new areas where there is no traffic. Okay it probably isn't a good idea.
