Just because I let my dogs run wild in the streets doesn't mean I'm not a good caretaker. I only allow this in the new areas where there is no traffic. Okay it probably isn't a good idea.

I lived in Houston for several years. My favorite neighborhood was the Montrose art district. It was, umm...quite lively back then.
there was a dark side to it as well, but I have a few fond memories.
Yeah, they look pretty safe there. It's so cool how playful they are!
