Snooty Dog

In addition to Joe's barking problem he has attitude issues.  He's a bit snooty and thinks he's better than everyone else.  You know people like that?  Avoid them this weekend and have some fun!

I'm gonna guess that Joe must be missing Someone pretty bad these days. He's down in the dumps and doesn't know what to do.
